Everything you need to know before the big day.

How much is the deposit?

We require a 50% deposit of the total contract to reserve your date and time.

Is there a minimum guest requirement?

We require payment for at least 10 guests (participants) for all parties. Chaperones or non-participating parents are not included in the pricing and are not an extra charge.

Does the birthday child count toward the guest total?

Yes, the birthday child is included in the guest count.

How many slices come with a party pizza?

Our delicious 16" pizzas come with 10 slices.

When is my final headcount due?

The final headcount/guest count is due 7 days before the event.

How do I submit my final headcount?

You can email your party planner to confirm your final headcount and any additional food options.

What party supplies do you provide?

We provide solid teal tablecloths, reusable plates, clear cups, clear soda pitchers, and silverware.

Can I add guests the day of the party?

We will do our best to accommodate additional guests. However, we must consider the availability of space for our other events that may occur.

Can I bring decorations?

You may bring weighted balloons or themed decorations of your choice. Please refrain from using glitter, confetti, or tack/tape to attach anything to the walls. If your balloons float to the ceiling, we will charge a $50 retrieval fee.

How early should we arrive?

Please come no more than 15 minutes before your event. We often have back-to-back events and your host may be cleaning or setting up for your party.

What if we arrive late?

We try our best to accommodate unexpected occurrences. However, we do run all events at their scheduled times.

Can we bring outside food or drinks?

No, unfortunately, due to insurance requirements, outside food and drink are not allowed in Winner's Circle Colorado.

Can we bring our own cake?

No, due to insurance requirements, outside food and drink are not allowed. However, we do offer a range of birthday cakes that you can purchase and enjoy inside the venue.

Can I order more food the day of the event?

You cannot add additional 16" party pizzas or any food from our Social Events Menu on the day of your event. You may order food from our regular menu, we have flatbreads available.

Do you have trampolines?

No, we have arcade games, duckpin bowling, game-ized mini golf, curling, axe throwing, and many other games and attractions.

What is the cancellation policy?

Events cancelled with more than 14 days notice are fully refundable minus the deposit. Events cancelled with less than 14 days notice become non-refundable but may be transferred to another date at the discretion of Winner's Circle management. Transferred deposits remain non-refundable and expire 90 days after the original event date.

Will there be extra charges on my bill?

There will not be any additional surprise charges on your bill. We do always encourage guests to tip their hosts if they feel excellent service was provided.

Do we need to clean up?

We allow an allotted time at the end of your party for clean-up. If a group leaves their area excessively dirty, Winner's Circle reserves the right to assess a cleaning fee of $75.
